Withdrawal from studies

If you decide to withdraw from your studies, we like you to let us know. This enables us, as an authority, to keep the student information system Ladok accurately updated with information on which students are currently active.

Early withdrawal

If you withdraw from your studies within three weeks of starting a course and have not received any study results, you can report an early withdrawal. You will then have the opportunity to reapply for the course the next time it is offered.  As a student, you can do this yourself through Ladok for students.

Log in to Ladok for students

Please note: After a registered withdrawal from studies, there are no opportunities to participate in teaching or examination in any courses in the programme.

Withdrawal from individual programme courses or free-standing courses

If you wish to withdraw from a specific course (not an entire programme), you do this yourself through Ladok for students
