Continuously during the spring:
The following will meet every two weeks to discuss the work: vice-dean, heads of departments, head of faculty office, departmental representatives, coordinator, communications officer, and student representatives. Contact your departmental representative if you have questions you want to raise.
June:
12 June: Extraordinary Faculty Board meeting where vice-dean Karin Hall informs about the work on coordinating a joint department.
September:
The aim is that the faculty board takes a decision on the matter of co-organisation.
